Aguas frescas are refreshing Mexican fruit drinks made with water, natural flavors, and a little sugar. For catering events, we offer two flavor options for guests to choose from, such as horchata, Jamaica (hibiscus), mango, pineapple, strawberry milk, and cucumber with lemon.

Entrees

Street Tacos are made fresh with your choice of asada (beef), adobada (pork), or chicken. Catering includes an average of 4 tacos per person, plus a self-serve topping bar with lime, cucumber, grilled onions & peppers, salsas, onion, cilantro, and guacamole.

Birria Street Tacos / Quesabirria Street Tacos are juicy, slow-cooked beef tacos served with warm consommé for dipping. Guests can choose classic birria tacos or quesabirria tacos made with melted cheese. Catering includes an average of 4 tacos per person, plus a self-serve topping bar with lime, radish, salsa, onion, cilantro, and pickled onions.

Sides

Sides (Rice & Beans) are served with every plate and include Mexican rice and seasoned beans for a classic, filling complement to the meal.

Desserts

Flan is a smooth and creamy traditional Mexican custard dessert, served chilled as a rich and refreshing finish to the meal.
