We are a pizza food truck designed by Maestro Pizzaiolo Augusto Folliero and we are bringing the Neapolitan Tradition to you!
Augusto is a fourth generation pizza maker. Our favorite pizzaiolo has a vast number of awards under his belt such as Pizza World Champion, Olympic Champion, and has been recognized by the Swiss School of Management, Euro-Toques Internazionale, and Universita Popolare Internazionale, just to mention some of his achievements.
