About Sicilian Breeze
Our chef, Simone Bellim, went to Italy to be trained by Carlo Viti, and brought an authentic Italian recipe. We only use fresh fruit in our sorbettos, the highest quality CA milk and organic cream. We use organic fruit, dairy and sugar as much as possible. Our gelato is made daily in our kitchen and distribute in our truck, where we have the best freezer, named Pozzetti, for the perfect creamiest gelato.
