We are a highly efficient and fairly compact 'pop-up' catering kitchen with restaurant quality Forno Bravo wood fired ovens on our trailers, pulled by our trucks, serving all of San Diego County, Orange County and south Riverside County. We produce spectacular wood fired pizzas, pastas and appetizers out of the ovens, as well as salads, handmade beverages and desserts when catering events.
