Smoked-then-airfried chicken wings deliver the best of both worlds: a deep, smoky aroma and flavor from low-and-slow smoking, followed by a quick blast in the air fryer that crisps the skin to golden, crackling perfection. Inside they remain juicy and tender, the smoke penetrating the meat while the air fryer renders fat and tightens the skin for satisfying crunch.
