Brandt Beef Brisket 1/4 lb.Rich beef brisket seasoned in house chile rub and smoked for 14 hours for an unforgettable bite of craft barbecue.
Duroc Pork Carnitas 1/4lb.Bone-in pork shoulder seasoned with hot sauce and herb chile rub, slowly smoked to tender perfection.
Ensenada Chicken Juicy chicken thighs brined in jalapeños & citrus, smoked with herb chile rub and our signature Ensenada sauce ‘til the skin has that perfect crunch.
Sides

Charro Beans Sourced locally from a Californian artisanal bean curator, we slow cook Santa Maria Pinquito beans with smoked bacon, chorizo, tomato, jalapeño, and onion.
Chipotle Potato Salad Red skin potatoes mixed with roasted corn, green onion, and fresh cilantro, all coated in a creamy chipotle sauce.
Kickin’ ColeslawShaved cabbage tossed in a tangy lime-crema dressing with cilantro, jalapeño, poblano, carrots, and a dusting of herb chile rub for an extra kick.
